  Aja Control setting not sticking

  What would cause a setting set under a standard user account not to persist after a logout or restart? We are using 10.3.1 and previous versions required an admin account to be set correctly and that carried forward into standard user account via a /Library pref I’d assume. That doesn’t seem to be the case in 10.3.1.
