  how can i create this effect?

  Go here https://www.rga.com/default.htm?v=1.0 then click on Nike logos.
  I think it is made with after effect, but how?

  There is more than one Nike link there and each leads to a number of images and ideas. Which image are you interested in, in particular?

  the last right logos, the effect is a man waling made by 3D shoes
  1) how import 3-5 kind of shows and create a wave with 1000 copies of these
  2) move this wave around
  3) compose a walink man with these shoes
