  Final Cut not outputting thru AJA after setting AfterEffectsCS5 to output thru AJA

  Very Frustrating.
  We’ve been running AJA Kona 3 for the past 2 years with no issues at all.
  I’ve just installed AfterEffectsCS5 and set the video preview to go thru the AJA, then FinalCut 7 stopped outputting thru the AJA.
  Cold restart, played around with the FinalCut AV settings, checked in AJA Control panel…. grrr!!!
  Anyone had this happen or have any suggestions?
