  kona 2 always displays source when playback is stopped

  When I’m playing a sequence in FCP and I hit the space bar- my monitor (the output of my Kona 2 card) switches to whatever I have in the source viewer. So there’s no way to park the playhead in the timeline and see a frame- it shows the sequence when I hit play, but when I stop, it’s back to whatever is in the source monitor. I’m pretty sure it didn’t use to do that.

  That worked. As a long time Avid editor- I sometimes feel helpless when I run into these kind of problems on FCP. Thanks for your reply, and thanks to creative cow for this forum.
