  Closed Caption Software

  I foresee the day when much of our work will require closed caption. Having absolutely ZERO experience with CC, am looking to see if there are software packages that will allow us to create video with CC without having to buy Hardware encoders.

  We’re using a Matrox Axio LE with Adobe Production Studio Premium. We output for DVD using Encore and VHS using Premiere Pro.
