  FCP Voiceover through Kona LHe?

  I just installed the KONA LHe on my MacPro to use with a new TV Logic 24inch monitor.

  Is it possible to use the XLR inputs coming off the card (I don’t have a mixer or a breakout box) to record voiceover using Final Cut Pro’s voiceover tool. Will these XLR inputs take powered or non-powered mics?

  The XLR inputs of your KOna are line level in. Mics are, well, mic level. You will need a mixer to attenuate the signal.
