  3d Live LA Demo

  Hello fellow graziers,

  For those close to the LA area in February there will be a demo of some of our
  new products.

  3d Live – Dual SDI streams in, live 3D mix out to a consumer DLP (This product
  will soon translate to new LCDs that can support the rate needed for 3D).

  This 2 day demo will be quite busy. Both days are packed with people shooting a variety of projects in 3D. An Iconix stereo rig will be fed into a stereo Rave2K for capture of uncompressed DPX frames. The streams are fed into 3d Live for a real time mix of the streams, providing the ability to see the 3D, live in real-time.

  This event is a must see for anyone doing or interested in doing 3D (stereoscopic) projects or looking to breath live into their current video infrastructure.

  3d Live is an application we are also releasing for free and any interested parties are encouraged to attend to get a complete understanding of how it works and what you need to put a unit together.

  In addition there will be a demonstration of the new tools available within the Rave2K and the ability to convert the uncompressed DPX frames to other formats and to stream those out for digital dailies.

  Last, we will also be giving a sneak peek at the new RaveDi, which offers scaling and 3D LUTS in real-time. Along with the system, Engineers from SpectSoft will be available for those interested in getting an up-close look.
