  capture NTSC as PAL?

  I suspect no is the answer, but does anyone know whether I could capture an NTSC HDV signal into a PAL codec through my LHe…?

  that’s standards conversion. i dont know if many DV projects would have it within budget to get it done properly at a facility. if not, try nattress.com

  renders take forever, but you are rebuilding frames and want them to look good.
