  LHe external reference issue

  Any explanation why a LHe would randomly lose sync with the external reference being fed to it from a Lietch BB generator? I have two other LHe’s in the house properly hooked up to the same BB generator and have not had this problem. I have eliminated the BOB (not Zelin:) and it still does not recognize ref. randomly. Meaning I can have it up and running, re-boot, it loses sync. I reboot again..it’s sync’d. Go figure! I have control panel on Ext Ref. Would it have anything to do with what is routed to the LHe video input?

  if you have the same issue with both the AJA KL box and direct into the board (using the AJA breakout cable), there is only one thing to do now – CALL AJA SUPPORT and start yelling.

  Have you tried changing out the synch cable?
