  HD files capturing at 50% display size

  We’re onling a feature (1920 x 1080-23.98) and have brought in 34 of 36 HD Cam source tapes. The last 2 batch captures resulted in the media not connecting; but the files are in the capture scratch folder. When we checked the Quicktimes in QT Player and chose “Properties”, the Visual Settings show that the files have been scaled to 50% (960 x 540) in Display Size while the Normal Size is 1920 x 1080. We have used the “1080psf 23.98 10bit Uncompressed” easy setup for the entire process. Has anyone encountered this before?

  Check if anybody has messed with the frame size settings of that Easy Setup.
