  Importing .Ai file into Ae while retaining layer’s position

  When importing an .Ai file into AE all of the layers snap to the centre rather than retaining the position they had in Illustrator.

  This didn’t happen a few days ago, but I can’t figure out what I’m doing differently.

  What options are you selecting when you import?
