  New KONA LS Driver Version 2

  Anyone having compatablility issues with the new KONA LS Driver Version 2? Since upgrading I have not been able to get the computer to boot up…I also recently installed the Apple software update for OS X.

  Kona LS
  FCP 5.0.4
  Mac G5 dual 2.5
  Tiger OS X 10.4.7
  Medea raid with scsi card

  I would check to make sure that you installed a new scsi driver. The Kona Install would not keep your computer from starting up.

  can you booth the computer in safe mode (by holding down the shift key)

  that will let you know if it is hardware or software.
