  LH with AJSD930

  I’m having some problems with mastering to tape with my AJSD930. Works fine with the PVW2800. I stripe a few seconds of black starting at 59:10, the program starts at 59:15. When I do an assemble edit the tape cues properly but the timecode is late by 4 seconds. When I do an insert edit the timecode is works but I get errors on the deck & the audio distorts, maybe because the whole tape is not striped?

  Is their a trick to make FCP output through the LH into the 930 so it starts at a specific timecode? Is it operator error?

  I’ve used the 930 without problems. Might want to double check your settings and genlock.
