  720p24 to PAL Please help

  Hello all
  I have just finished a project that was shot on the variCam and initally this was for north america. with the kona 2 this was striaght forward sdi out with down converter, however i need to send this to uk, requiring pal.
  using the compressor 3’s standard coversion results in pretty bad video, bit choppy and i can see there is a loss of overall quality. I tried various codecs, including 10 bit uncompressed but still the same results.
  Please help
  how can i preserve the quality. My final dump will be BetaSP
