  Server suggestion

  Hi all,

  I’m working in a small start-up company that recently added a Premiere Pro/Mac Pro edit suite. I also have 2 more Premiere/Mac Pro edit systems at home. Because of the nature of our business and the crazy hours needed, I do a lot of post production from home. My employer wants to add a NAS server that will store all video content, AND, allow Producers to view that content from their homes. I’d also want the ability to pull down and upload content from my home when I’m not at office. I believe a 20TB server that can expand as we do, would be sufficient for our needs right now. I looked into a SYNOLOGY DISKSTTN DS1515+ 5-BAY NAS SRVR/30TB D/REG online, but I’d rather use a vendor that specializes in this. We don’t have an IT department, so any product solutions or suggestions to get this done immediately is greatly appreciate!
