  Issues Within PreRoll Post

  Hello All,
  I’m currently working on a show and I’ve been archiving footage in the field to send back to post via LTO-6 tapes. I’ve been using the most recent version of PreRoll Post and a HP LTO-6 Ultrium 6250 deck for the past six weeks and everything has been running smoothly. Recently some tapes have failed to copy over ShotPutPro Hash checksum files or camera metadata. The video files seem to be transferring. Last night I had a tape copy over 100% but it got stuck spinning in verification mode. Nothing has changed file wise, so it’s confusing why all of a sudden problems are developing. If anyone has any suggestions I’d appreciate your help. Thanks!

  Did you ever figure out your issue or get any responses? Running into the same issue as you described above.
