  Cache-A complaint

  Hi –
  I put in a lot of Cache-A products. I have one MAJOR complaint.
  The operation manual needs to be online, on the Cache-A website.
  There is no secret here, and every other company does it – and Cache-A needs to do it too.

  This is a presales opportunity as much as a support opportunity. I often look up user manuals prior to buying products to dig deeper than the marketing often goes.

  Thanks to the impetus provided by Mr. Zelin, I have finally posted our user manuals on the Cache-A web site. Sorry that it took so long.
