    Hello,

We bought G-tech Speed Q 8T High Speed Raid for our office, our purpose was to use this as a storage device and once we were done with one drive we would swap it for another. Instead of having multiple drives laying around we can just change the drives from the raid and store the full one somewhere safe. Problem is when we connect our Raid it reads as one drive not four different ones. Is there anyone that can please give me advice on how I can configure this drive to read as four not one. Our goal is for this drive to read as multiple drives instead of a single drive.

    Thanks in advance!

    Jorge,

Unfortunately that product cannot be used in a JBOD, or “Just a bunch of Disks” configuration.

Not to tout our own product, but this product:
https://www.proavio.com/index.php/products/desktop/eb400cr does exactly what you’re asking, take a look.
