  What is the process of getting these animations?

  I want to learn how I to do animation like in these videos. Mac Miller – America https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nZKwreCVtU or Jagga – Out of Control https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAIj8zE2Hgg. Does any one know where to start?
