  D/R400QR5 Rebuilding the raid

  I have a D/R400QR5 set up as a raid 5. I put in a new drive to rebuild the tower, but nothing is happening am I missing a step. The user manual shows how to Format a drive but no rebuild. Of course tech support for this company is closed until next week.
