  Can someone teach me how to do this?
  What raw clips do. I need?

  You will need to Track and composite a 3D ball into the clip. Here is a tutorial that will tell you everything you need from Video Copilot. They even have some 3D balls: https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/3d_truck_compositing/
