  • Can’t hear narration.

    Hello There,

I’ve run into a slight problem and as a result turned to CreateiveCow for the solution. I’m making a Documentary. It has some background music and some narration.I added the narration recorded through Audacity. But the volume was too low. So I decreased the Decibels of the background music and did the opposite with the narration part. Now here’s the problem. I can hear the narration and background music in Audio Preview but not in RAM Preview (Num 0). I fear that when I render the documentary, the narration might not appear in it. Where the narration portions are placed, the background music also tends to decrease in intensity. The narration is in .wav and the Background music is in .mp3. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

AE does not handle mp3 well. Transcode that to a .wav first.

Make sure the audio is 48K as 44.1K also creates issues in AE.

Also consider exporting just video from AE and laying in the sound in your editing software.
