    Hey team,

I’m wondering if you guys can help clue me in. I’m sure this is a novice issue, but everything related to CC account is borderline unusable on my Mac.

I work in Lightroom and Bridge for work at my day job. (all on a windows machine), and it’s all perfectly usable.
I recently installed CC on my Mac at home and the speed is killing me.

    My Mac is brand new.
    4.2 I7 Processor
    40 Gigs Ram
    Radeon Pro 575 4096 MB

All of this supposed horsepower and both bridge and Lightroom are sluggish.
Bridge insists on loading up 5 minutes of previews before it will let me navigate.
In lightroom I adjust a slider and I can take a full breath before certain adjustments are showing up.

I’ve run the gamut of google solutions for ways to speed it up, but it’s still dragging ass and I’m growing short tempered.

    Help?

You’ve probably already searched out these solutions but your problems sound like they may be either GPU or hard drive related since you obviously have a fast computer.

Where are you accessing your media from? How fast is that drive?

Here’s the adobe page for GPU troubleshooting with lightroom:
