  Adobe CC install and uninstall issue

  Hello and thanks for your time;

  I am trying to reinstall Adobe CC on my laptop. When I start the computer or try an open an application, I get an error message stating that I need to download and reinstall CC. However, it won’t install after downloading. I have tried to uninstall the existing CC and get an error message stating that it is necessary for the other apps. I try and uninstall the other apps first and then get the error message asking me to reinstall CC again. Do you have any suggestions?

  It’s been awhile since I’ve had to do this but Adobe makes some sort of cleaner utility to help. I think this is hte right link:
