  Startup problems with AE, Photoshop and Illustrator + Warp and Camera tracker

  Hi,

  I’m working on a brand new PC (Windows 10, i7-6700 3.4GHz, 32GB RAM) and I’m running into difficulties with using CC2017.
  Starting up AE, Photoshop and Illustrator takes a long time (about 2m45s) whereas Premiere starts up almost immediately (I’m working on an SSD so I guess it should be this way).
  Inside AE the Warp Stabilizer and 3D Camera Tracker tools also get stuck on “Initilizing” for 2:40s but Warp Stabilizer in Premiere on the other hand works perfectly.

  Any ideas? This all seems to be connected somehow. And the timings are to similiar for it to be a coincidence.
