  Adobe not allowing me to safely eject a USB

  When I have any Adobe program running, I am unable to eject any USB connected device such as my camera or any thumb drive.

  When I try to eject, I get a pop up window stating that the drive is in use. If I close all Adobe programs, can then eject.
  It makes no difference if I actually use any files on the drive or not.

  I am running Adobe CC and Windows 10

  This is not a major problem, just an annoyance,
