  Best Export Workflow

  Hello,

  I am wondering what the best workflow is for exporting video with Adobe’s CC suite?

  High quality pro res files are being brought into Premiere, simple edits are made… then queued to AME.

  Quality is paramount. I realize this workflow can happen many ways and results vary.

  Does anyone know what produces the highest quality results? Queue from PP to AME? Open PP sequence in AME? Export through PP? Dynamically link the PP sequence into AE then export? Import PP sequence into AE then export? Other tips?

  I would hope results would be the same regardless of container/codec, but if that matters I am producing MPEG-2. I can give more details if needed.
