  • How to save a sequence and import into Premiere Pro?

Posted by Benjamin Taylor on March 7, 2013 at 9:24 pm

I have made a sequence consisting of a solid black background and some text animations on top.
When I press spacebar in After Effects this plays as expected.

How can I import this to Premiere Pro?

I used the standard import function but my animation does not play. In fact, it shows no text at all. It shows only a black background. So I’m thinking I have done something wrong.

    Can you please help me?

You went to Export, Adobe Premiere Pro Project?

You can always just export it as a MOV.

    Use the render queue.

See this page for the basics of rendering and exporting

Benjamin, which version of AE are you on? I wonder if this is new to CS6? I personally like to export things out as movies since Premiere don’ts render AE files fast. And by the way. FCP didn’t render Motion files fast either.
