    Hello!

Our feature got accepted into a film festival that requires a DCP file for screening. I tried to render what’s normally about a 12 Gb file directly from Premiere, and it wouldn’t even start because I didn’t have 1.1 Tb of space available. I brought the file into Media Encoder, and spent about 8 hours waiting for it to render, and it created a folder with several files in formats that I don’t recognize, and won’t open in any of the programs that I have. There is a 17GB MXF file for the video and a 1.5 Gb MXK file for audio, as well as a couple of XML documents and what I assume are text files.

Anyone know anything about this format, or have any recommendations for shareware/freeware that I can use to check my work before I send it to them. Or do I just need to send them the whole folder?

    Thanks in advance!
