  Ingset settings

  Trying to get the media encoder settings straight to make ingest presets for Premier Pro. Is it correct that I cant set the frame size to match source? It seems the only way premiere will read the ingest preset as a proxy preset is if the frame size is set to a specific dimension, not a “match source.”

  This is troublesome for my workflow as I was trying to drag all my media in at once, some of which is 4k and other 1080, and create proxies all at once. Now I have to go through and have to pick and choose the 1080 files.

  I want to create full resolution proxies of everything. My computer can play back the 4k fine, just not the Pro Res 4444 files, hence my need for proxy workflow in codec type only.
