    Hi Alejandro,

My experience with Windows codecs has always been to simply run the codec installer and then that codec is available to render to from ANY app on the PC that can export video. Meaning you do not have to install a codec to Media Encoder specifically, just installing on the PC is enough.

That said, I have never worked with Divx and I don’t know how that works. I have for example installed codecs such as Matrox, Black Magic, Avid, Cineform, Grass Valley, Lagarith and others to the PC and then those formats are just available in AME. Might have to first choose “AVI” as the format, and then from the codec list find the one you want to use.

    Thanks
