    SOS!!

I am a day away from finishing a long term project, but suddenly can not get the sequences to encode intact.

If I import a sequence from Premere Pro that is completely ready to go – editing done, rendered in Premiere Pro, all clips linked (none offline) — and import the sequence to AME — not all of the video is linked. In the AME preview window and in the final output, some of the video is offline. It was not offline in Premiere Pro. The same thing happens if instead of importing to AME, I export from PPRO.

I have used AME throughout this last year 1,000+ times — this is new. This is a huge problem for me. I cannot get the project out of Premiere Pro, essentially.

Uninstalled PPRO and AME yesterday – then reinstalled. No change.

(Am also suddenly having sound issues in AME output – no audio – but posted separately. Mention here in case they are related somehow. Adobe Support said AME had corrupted the audio of the sequence we were looking at to try to ascertain issue. )

    Please help if you can!!!!

    Thank you very much.

Have you tried exporting directly from Premiere? (File/Export/Media)

Export as a QuickTime file .mov, then drop that file into AME to make your .mp4.
