I’ve gotten close with the following settings, but it still produces a 26MB files. Can anyone chime in on how I might tweak these setting to reduce it by just a few MB? Thank you! You can lower the video data rate or the audio data rate. Moving down to 0.4 or 0.5Mbps for your target video data rate will probably achieve your goal (depending on how long your source file is).
