  HD export for festival from PNG sequence + WAV file (animation short) : Which software ? Which setup ?

  Hello there !

  My animation short was selected to a festival and they are asking me to send them a HD screening file. They ask for H.264 in 1920×1080.
  For now, I have my whole movie in one HD PNG sequence (1920×1080) with the soundtrack as a WAV file.

  And what software would you advise me to use for this ?
  What is the best setup to have a good quality/size rate that would do for a festival screening? (I usually use Adobe Media Encoder)

  I work on a Mac OS 10.9.3

  Softwares I have on my computer:
  Adobe CS6
  DVD Studio Pro
  Final Cut Pro
