  • How to get thinks work fine, different formats/codecs to one

    Hello everyone,

    since 2002 i have made videos with different devices from really bad cheap cameras thru low quality phones that were able to record videos then i shoot some of clips with Panasonic SDR-H40

    Keeping it all simple and easy to understand;
    I have variety of of clips with different codecs, formats, resolutions, bitrates, and most annoying different fps, from 5.323 fps to 20.17 and so on, sometimes there is no stable fps and it vary by a little in a different moments of a clips.

    Since all of those clips had sentimental meaning to me i wanted to make few dvd’s, connecting it all into one nicely segregated etc.

    case is

    when i have tried to convert some of the files into a common one codec and format the quality were sometimes twice worse then before I also had problem with audio video desync i guess fps cause this problem.

    Can you please give me guide how should i get this done or maybe its impossible

    Programs I have tried
    Adobe media encoder
    Xilsoft video converter
    Avs video converter
    and few others

    and for example
