  MOV to M4V

  I’m trying to convert an MOV file created in Avid to a m4v file to play on a samsung tablet. the original mov file is 27GB. I’ve tried several different conversion softwares including adobe media encoder and have not found one that sucessfully converts the file.

  i desperately need help with this because i need it on the samsung tablet for a monday morning meeting.

  any advice, help???

  You haven’t given us enough information to help you.

  In what way is it failing?

  What’s the codec used in the .mov file?

  What software are you using (what version of Adobe Media Encoder)?
