  encoder wont start working

  hi guys
  i want to use premiere pro for a project… so far the software had all kinds of problems and now here is a new problem with encoder:
  when i done editing and i want to extract the video… the encoder opens but status freeze in “waiting” ..
  i’d be thankful if someone can help me and by the way i can’t update my software
