  urgent capture/transcode problem

  i am ingesting from sd card in prelude and transcoding in ame from avchd to dnxhd 729p. when ame opens after pressing ingest in prelude i get the sheep sound only audio is transcosed all video fails. i go back to prelude and try to ingest but all i see are audio files from the sd card, however when i open the sd card all the material is available and able to open and view in ppro 6.

  previous to this i had been able to transcode to h264 and did a couple of dnxhd.

  please need solution
