How to create video style ?

Recently. I see lots of people using this style for their video.

I thinks it’s create by 3D sofware. and After effect. So, very good if you show me somemore tutorial.thanks you so much!

I thinks so , Video create by Photoshop, frame by frame. Same i create by Adobe Flash.
But I know something video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTQpXvBZEyk ) its create by After effect, with shape and effect in AE, or effect Trapcode Particular.
I see so many people now use the style ,so. I thinks they have a new way to create. eg: liquid with 3D software render cartoon style, or a specialized software for this.Again thank you very much.

You could just buy that Template and then see how they did it. The description mentions trapcode particular, they have a bunch of presets you can download, here is a free one:
