    Hey clever people..
I got a little animation intended for web distibution. Using sorseon 3 and the data rate limited to 100/sec with sound on mone 2200mhz and qdesign i can get it down to 1.1mb it is starting to look a bit rubbish though.
Any way it has been suggested that using jpeg opitimised for the web in the photoshop might save Bytes?
any adive as the best way to get this down nice and small and clean (it is 180 x200 so dont want the size to decrease any)

    thanks

    You all rock

WMV 9 (encoded via the WM9 encoder, free from Microsoft) generally gives cleaner results than sorenson 3, IMHO. Also look at Flash 8 (free 30 day trial from Macromedia, and ask Lee over at the Flash site here at the COW), the Flash 8 video on the net looks good to me.

Probably the easiest way to compare multiple formats is to get a trail copy of Sorenson squeeze 4 at:

    https://www.sorensonmedia.com/

If you need an FLV viewer try FLVPlayer at:
