  • How Can I Identify a Saved Effect Preset Within a Clip?

    Hi,
I’m finally getting into FCPX 10.4.4 as a newbie coming from Sony Vegas Pro. I have made/saved several different color presets giving them all different names for use with a couple different camcorders. Currently, I have several clips in the timeline that I have applied different named effects to. I would like to know if there is a way to identify which saved effect I used by the name I gave it? For example; One of my saved effects is named “50’s Room.” I used it in one of the clips earlier on in my edit but, I can’t find the name “50’s Room” anywhere within the video inspector
information. It would be nice to select a clip and have the name of the effect used. If there is, please let me know. I would sincerely appreciate it. Ray
