  Frame.io FCPX share destinations not installing?

  Anyone else using Frame.io having issues getting the share destinations to show up?

  I can install the Frame.io Mac app, and FCPX extension with no problem. But when installing the share destinations from the mac app account preferences, it says it is successfully installed but nothing show up under the share menu, and there is no Frame.io app under custom destinations. I’ve tried multiple times and also restarted the computers.

  OSX 10.13.6, FCPX 10.4.4, 2013 MacPro

  What version of fcpx are you using?

  “FCPX 10.4.4” It does not work on older version.

  Tech support is walking me through how to install the share destinations manually. So, looks like we are working it out.

  An easy way is to just drag the missing files back into the clip list. It doesn’t put them there twice. Then they are relinked.

  I wasn’t talking about video clips. I was talking about the Frame.io share destination presets for rendering. They told me how to manually create them, so its been worked out. Loving Frame.io functionality.
