Hey guys just wondering if there is a way to get around this. it’s not exactly a problem, just some thing that annoys me. Ok so i’m dropping a blade speed marker in a clip to speed ramp. I go to drag the retime section to make it go to something like 1000% but the percentage only goes up in small increments (sometimes, not all the time) so i have to grab the marker and drag it over and over again (which i don’t do often as when it does this, i usually just double click and enter in custom percentage. But i like to speed ramp in time with music so id rather just use the drag function instead of guessing the custom percentage.

Does anyone know if there is a way to not have this happen?

I used davinci resolve the other day and absolutely love how the speed ramping works with retime curves. (if anyone hasn’t seen it, youtube it, its soooo cool) Its so quick and easy to use. I wish fcpx would have a similar implementation. I’m almost tempted to switch to resolve because of this but i have invested a fair bit of money in fcpx plugins.
