looking for a plugin to give still photos a handheld camera look – slight movement not real shaky
I am looking for a plugin to use on still images to give them a handheld camera look. Any recommendations?

You can also DIY the effect by aiming a real hand-held camera at a dot on a plain surface, motion-tracking the dot, and applying that motion track to the target video. Somebody, I forget the company, sells exactly that, pre-made for you. It might be Rampant or MotionVFX.com or some other.

CineFlare HandHeld is really good. The suite has Drift and Hand Held plugins, each with a ton of presets. Also a couple of simulated swish pan transitions.
