  How Would I Achieve the Effect in the Video?

  Here’s a music video where it starts of in black and white and slowly the color seeps in.

  You can do selective stuff with a adjustment layer or you can keyframe a colour effect to go from no saturation to normal. There’s a lot of ways.

  Okay and how would I achieve the white glow?
