  FCPX screen goes half black

  Hi,
  My Macbook is i7 2.2ghz 16gb ram and iris pro 1530mb vc
  I have problem with FCPX, and couldn’t find any solution on internet,

  When i tried to apply Colorista IV effect my clip screen goes to black, or when i tried to apply colour finale effect it goes completely black.

  Also output is completely black, is this hardware or software problem?

  There is a known issue with Color Finale and the latest Sierra update on certain MacBooks… have you recently updated? Maybe Colorista has the same problem. Denver is working on a solution, but advised against 10.12.4 until they know what’s happening.
