  Help with timeline AE CS4

  I have such need help AE CS4 the timeline in this seteado fps 000000 and I can not switch to 00 seconds:00:00:00 I have trouble working this way someone could help me thanks.

  000000 and is required so so 00:00:00:00

  command-click (ctrl-click on PC) the numbers in the upper-left-hand corner of the timeline window. That will switch between timecode (00:00:00;00), frame numbers (0000000), and other useful time-display options. Whatever you choose in the timeline will be reflected in all other windows and plugins.
