  Restore project file to timeline in FCPX

  Have FCPX 10.0.9

  Had an external HD crash. Sent to data retrieval service, loaded all files to new hard drive.
  All files appear in finder but when FCP is opened, events library blank and time line is blank.

  Question, what process to use to restore my near completed events and project back onto the timeline. This would save me a weeks work.

  Have you tried- Reconnect Event Media?
