I made a compund Clip in one Project. Then I added the compound to my main Project. Then I did some changes. The changes made the compund clip longer. It seems like the compound Clip have fixed length; my extension is “blacked out”. How do I fix this?

You need to step out of the clip and back into your timeline, and extend it manually. Pretty easy to do.

It makes sense that you can’t change the length of the clip by stepping in and extending clips inside the compound clip.

Maybe a future version will allow you to change the “play length” while you’re inside the compound.

Yeah – I found the workaround – just thought it was something I missed. Should be a handle to just include the blacked out area… No big deal, just got confused
