June 28, 2011 at 3:50 pmThe equivalent built into After Effects would be the project panel that you use to organize the files for your project.
If you need more than that you could use Adobe Bridge but that’s external
hope that helps

There are a few commands in After Effects that offer features like FCP’s Media Manager:
- File > Consolidate all footage
- File > Remove unused footage
- File > Reduce project
- File > Collect Files…
